Files might be supported in a future version, but in the meantime use folders if you'd like jRiver metadata to be generated for titles. IF I handle them as folders, the jRiver metadata is generated properly. Just to update the thread in case others have the issue: Brian identified that this was due to the fact that my mkvs (mostly UHD Blurays) and mk3D files were handled as files and not folders in CM.
